Sujaily studied at Mercedes Garcia de Colorado School, located in her hometown of Cataño, Puerto Rico. There, she enrolled in the Home Economics course, where she mastered the art of baking, decoration, and cooking. Over time, she relocated from Puerto Rico to New Jersey and pursued a pastry course at Pennsauken High School with the guidance of teacher Juana from the Dominican Republic. It was during this period that Sujaily decided to blend the knowledge gained from both Puerto Rican and Dominican schools, ultimately creating the perfect cake batter and excelling in various baking techniques.
